Hey Ryde fans. Thanks for checking out my bio. I play lead guitar in the best band in the land!

I started playing classical guitar when I was 9 years old and "graduated" to electric rock guitar at 13. I was in my first cover band ("No Cash Value") at 16.

Some of my other musical accomplishments have been; writing the classic score for an indie film called "Held Secular"; winning the WDOA Ontario guitar competition in 2003; placing top 5 in the 2003 North American Guitar competition, and appearing in the April 2006 issue of Guitar Player Magazine.

My main guitar influences are Eddie Van Halen, Mark Knopfler (Dire Straits), Randy Rhoads, Steve Vai, Tony Iommi, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Pete Townsend, and David Gilmour.

For all you fellow guitar nerds out there: I use guitars made from Warmoth parts, Floyd Rose trems and Seymour Duncan pickups. My amp is a completely stock 1978 Marshall JMP thru a matching Marshall cab.

My favorite beer is Pilsner Urquell!
